🌱Bir stakan yongʼoq va bir stakan mayiz oling. Keyin ikkita oʼrtacha limonni urugʼlarni olib tashlang va hammasini goʼsht maydalagichdan oʼtkazing.

🌱Bir stakan asal, bir stakan sabzi va bir stakan lavlagi sharbati qoʼshing. Hammasini yaxshilab aralashtiring.

🌱Muzlatgichda saqlang, ovqatdan oldin kuniga 3 marta 1 osh qoshiqdan isteʼmol qiling.
